Other Insurances accepted by Independence Pediatric Dentistry include:

Current In-Network Medicaid plans (restricted to children ages 10 and below)

- Aetna Better Health

- Wellcare

Anyone using one of the above Medicaid plans will require a referral from the patient's current dentist or pediatrician. A copy of our referral forms can be found below.  No age restriction for children who require sedation or have special health care needs.
